Billing Rule Engine

Prevent denials by setting up rules specific to each payer & plan. System will prevent the billing errors specific to invalid ICDs, improper CPT combinations, age & gender and service location combination with CPT.

Contract Pricing

After setting up the contract price by insurance by plan, oGenus will send the specified charge amount in the claim and validate the allowed amount on EOB posting. oGenus will send you an alert if the allowed amount does not match the amount paid and reroute it to the denial queue.
